Virtue 2 of 6
Resilience
How a man responds.
“Adversity is training.”
What it means
Hardship comes for every man. Resilience is the ability to absorb it, learn from it, and keep moving. A Built Man does not seek suffering, and he does not run from it. He treats difficulty as the gym where character is built.
When pressure hits his home, he is the steady one.
How it grows

- After a setback, write three lines: what happened, what I control, my next step.
- Protect sleep and recovery so stress does not compound.
Reflect

- How do I act when plans fall apart?
- What am I avoiding because it is uncomfortable?
